On Wednesday evenings at 5:30 in our library, a group of women is enjoying a study of Beth Moore’s “The Inheritance”.  Led by Harriett Phillips, the study includes a DVD presentation, discussion and workbook activities.   Please join the group!  Bring a sack supper or enjoy our Wednesday evening supper ($5) as we study. The study is 9 weeks and will continue through October.  For more information, contact Rev. Staley at 661-1129.

During the month of October, our Sunday morning Bible Study classes will make an extra effort to contact all class members and get them to class and worship on Sunday mornings.  Extra points will be awarded for guests.  The winning class will enjoy a BBQ supper catered by chef George Clark! On Sunday, October 7, we will recognize and thank our Bible study teachers and choir leaders for their tireless dedication and service to our church. We will honor them in our worship service, and they will be our guests at First Sunday Lunch following the service.   Please thank your teacher for their commitment, dedication, preparation, study, research, outreach, and devotion to helping our church family grow in Christian faith and discipleship!  We love you, teachers!  Thank you for all you do!

Hosanna Ringers is a handbell choir for adults that meets on Sunday afternoons at 5:00 PM in the Bell Choir Room.  We start our first rehearsal September 9, 2012.

SonPower choir for Jr. and Sr. High School students bgins September 9, 2012.  Choir starts at 4:00 PM in the adult choir room and lasts for one hour every Sunday.  We will be looking for you! Whitney & Jim

May 5, 2012 the Arkansas Dulcimer Society will be meeting in Searcy, Arkansas for Pioneer Days.  We will be playing from 2 – 4 pm in the Pioneer Village.

On Easter Sunday, April 8 we will gather to celebrate the resurrection of Christ and the gift of eternal life for all who believe and follow Him! Small group Bible study for all ages and Sunday School for children begins at 9:30 AM. Nursery care is provided. Worship is at 10:45 AM and will include wonderful music by handbells, choirs and soloists. You are always welcome at Pulaski Heights Baptist Church, and we hope to see you!

At noon on Good Friday, April 6 we will gather at noon in the sanctuary to remember the day of Christ’s death on the cross for our salvation.   Following the service we will gather in Hicks Hall for a fellowship luncheon.   Please join us!

Our popular Hillcrest Farmers Market will open for the second season on April 14 and continue for three weeks in advance of the Grand Opening May 5.  Our growers and vendors have been busy and crops are good, so they would like to get an early start in April.  Come see them and support our area farmers and friends!

Sunday morning March 4 at 9:30, Pulaski Heights Baptist is hosting it’s first KIDS FUN RUN as part of the Little Rock Marathon celebration.  The event is for children Pre-K through Grade 5.  It will be a “dash” for each age group along the Kavanaugh sidewalk in front of the church at Kavanaugh and Cedar.  Medals will be awarded to all participants! Join us also from 8-8:45 for a pancake breakfast in Hicks Hall, worship at 8:45 around the tables, and then outside to the front of the church to cheer our children in the [...]
