PHBC Community Gym: Yoga/Stretch, Tuesday, 6 PM, Fencing 7:30 PM

Yoga/stretch class meets Tuesdays, 6-6:30 PM and is led by Excellentae Fit instructor, Sabreena. We do a great series of exercises, with personal attention to each participant from our instructor.  $10

Beginning Fencing Class meets at 7:30.  The class is free for church members.  

Advanced Fencing meets on Thursday evenings.
